Tamarind Court Restaurant and Bar
“The flavors are great, the portions huge, and the price affordable … a win-win-win on all fronts!“ — Explore STJ, Island Tours and Travel Guide
The Tamarind Court Restaurant and Bar is an island classic.
Meet our new dinner chefs — Kristine Hacker and Jason Hall. With Caribbean roots (Kristine is from St. Thomas, Jason’s family from Jamaica), they serve up what they call “comfort food for the soul.”
It’s an eclectic mix of dishes — blackened fish, bell peppers stuffed with sausage, lemon chicken pasta, crab cakes with shrimp, homemade meatloaf and more. It’s fashioned with ingredients so local the greens and tomatoes sometimes come from Kristine’s mom’s garden on St. Thomas.
Dinner hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

On weekends we do our famous “Benny specials” — eggs benedict, florentine and blackstone.
Breakfast is 7 to 11 a.m. Monday to Saturday; Sundays 7 a.m. to noon.
Our locals-favorite bar is open daily all day long, so stop on by the Tamarind!
